Whether you are a survivalist or a nature lover who regularly spends time in the outdoors, there are many things you need in order to survive in the wild. One you must have is a survival bracelet. They can be simple in design, but do not be fooled because these bracelets can be of great help in a life or death situation. Watch and learn how to make your very own survival bracelet!
Paracord Survival Bracelet
- 12 feet paracord (any colors you want)
- Buckle (optional)
- Safety pin
- 12 feet fishing line
- 1 strike anywhere match
- Small fishing hook
- 1 foot by 1 foot piece of aluminum foil
- Duct tape
- Band aid
- Plastic zip-top bag
- Piece of wire
- Anything else small you’d like to add – compass, etc.

Bath Fizzies
- 1 cup (220 g) of baking soda
- 1/4 cup (40 g) of cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup (64 g) of cornstarch
- 1/2 cup (120 g) of salt (Epsom salts, sea salt, or non-iodized table salt)
- 2 teaspoons (10 mL) of essential oil
- 1 tablespoon (30 mL) of oil (vegetable oil, sweet almond oil, coconut oil, or olive oil) (optional)
- 1 to 2 drops of food coloring (optional)
- A mold to shape the bath bombs.
