This week we are going to explore all things water! From water filtration techniques to stomping through the creek, you'll have a blast trying new things!
Along the way, you’ll see some familiar faces, hear some of your favorite camp songs and join us in laughter and fun. It’s your summer, so camp like a Girl Scout!
While we can't hold hands while skipping to our next activity or sitting close around the camp fire, we can still make new friends and spend the summer together—even if we're physically apart.
We've started the Summer Camp 2020 Facebook Group to serve as our virtual campfire! Any Girl Scout member (regardless of council or location!) can request to join.
Each Friday, we'll post the schedule for the next week. We'll do outdoor activities, crafts, campfire recipes, and more! Plus, there will be a few surprises and familiar faces along the way.
For privacy, posts in the Summer Camp 2020 Facebook Group will only be visible to those who join the group. If you don't have a Facebook account, you can start one for free at facebook.com! Otherwise, we'll post replays below that you'll be able to access without a Facebook account.
Join us every day Monday through Friday for camp activities!
The 1 pm sessions are recommended for Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors (grades K-5) and the 3 pm sessions are recommended for Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors (grades 6-12), but all are welcome for each session!
Join us on Mondays as we go through different tiers of outdoor living skills for all ages. Follow along while you watch the video and then give it a try!

There are a variety of ways to make your water safe for drinking - learn about a few of those ways, and then decide which one would be your favorite!

Finish out the week by joining our experts in the field of STEM! While most people are encouraged not to try things in their living rooms, you’ll be able to challenge yourself to some pretty awesome science and engineering projects on Fridays.
Do you want to learn about engineering? Join a GE Aviation engineer to earn the Junior Mechanical Engineering (Crane) Badge! We will be giving an overview of the steps to earn the badge. Then, you can watch a pre-recorded instructional video filmed by a Junior troop from Mason Ohio. Work along with fellow Girl Scouts as you build a model crane, and learn about simple machines and the engineering design cycle.
