Superheroes come in many shapes, sizes and with many different super powers. Join us at Camp Libbey this week where you'll discover some amazing things and might even find out what your super powers are. Grab a cape and we'll see you there!
Along the way, you’ll see some familiar faces, hear some of your favorite camp songs and join us in laughter and fun. It’s your summer, so camp like a Girl Scout!
The first sessions for each topic are recommended for Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors (grades K-5) and the second sessions are recommended for Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors (grades 6-12), but all are welcome for each session!

Thursday: Cooking by the Campfire
Thursdays are for cooking out! Grab your ingredients and gather round the campfire (or kitchen) for a play by play of how to make some delicious campfire meals and sweet treats.
Chicken Under a Bucket & Marshmallow Strawberry Fluff
No, it's not a typo, we're really going to bake a chicken under a bucket, and it'll be one of the best chickens you've ever had! Pair it with a strawberry dipped in marshmallow fluff and toasted over the fire and you'll be good to go.
Summer Chili & Smorsh
Looking for an easy, no-fuss recipe to show off your campfire cooking skills? We have you covered! This delicious summer chili is as delicious as it is easy to make. Finish it up with a resident camp favorite, S'morsh, and you'll be ready for a nice nap!
Finish out the week by joining our experts in the field of STEM! While most people are encouraged not to try things in their living rooms, you’ll be able to challenge yourself to some pretty awesome science and engineering projects on Fridays.
Egg Drop Experiment
Ever wonder what happens when two objects collide? Welcome to the Great Egg Drop Challenge! Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to design a protection system to get a raw egg safely to the ground from a free fall of 7 feet high onto a flat, hard surface, such as concrete, tile or laminate.
Join us as we take you on a tour of Camp Libbey. We will drive through first so you can get a lay of the camp, and then tour most buildings. This is perfect if you've never been to Libbey before, or you just miss seeing the familiar sights!
Get ready to hang out with Merienge, a former international camp staff member from New Zealand as she shows you around town and teaches you a little bit about New Zealand culture and a few Maori words.
